Delete my PromoKOTSA account

This page explains how to delete your account in the PromoKOTSA app, published by TAO Digital LTD, and what happens to your data.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open PromoKOTSA and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → My settings → Account → Delete my account.
3. Confirm twice. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

It works whatever your sign-in method (e-mail, Google, Facebook or Apple); no password is asked again.

Without the app

Write to support@promokotsa.com from your account's e-mail address, with the subject "PromoKOTSA account deletion". If you sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple, say so. We may ask you to confirm the request to check that it comes from you. Your account is deleted within 30 days at most, and we confirm it by e-mail.

Signed in with Facebook? You can also remove PromoKOTSA's access from Facebook (Settings → Apps and websites). That does not delete your PromoKOTSA account: use one of the two methods above.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile (name, e-mail address, sign-in method).
• Your favourites, "interested" deals, notifications and unused coupons.
• If you are a business: your business profile (name, logo, contact details, opening hours), all your deals and their photos, your plan and credits. Your customers' coupons for those deals are deleted too.

What is kept, with no link to you

• Deal statistics (views, clicks, shares) and coupons already redeemed in store: they are kept for businesses' history, but any link to your account is erased — they become anonymous.
